TM-Europe 2011 - International Conference (28 – 30 September, 2011)

The fourth TM-Europe 2011 International Conference was held in Warsaw, Poland from September 28 to September 30, 2011. The conference traditionally focuses on management issues for the translation and localisation industry and this year’s theme was “Process Management and Standards for the Translation and Localisation Industry”. The conference featured presentations and panel discussions on project management, business development and process optimization, technology and other translation management topics.

PSBT 10TH GALA ANNIVERSARY PARTY!

The Polish Association of Translation Companies celebrated its 10th anniversary with a Gala Party on the 28th of September 2011 at the Harenda Club in Warsaw.

It was attended not only by PSBT members and partners but also representatives of other industry associations, and in particular STO, TEPIS and NOT, media and many PSBT friends from all over the world.

TM-EUROPE 2011 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (28.09 – 30.09. 2011)

TM-Europe is an international conference for the Translation and Localisation industry and it is also the PSBT annual conference. The 2011 conference will focus on management issues for the translation and localisation industry, with particular emphasis on process management, standards and best practice.

TM-Europe 2011 will be held in Warsaw, from 28-30.09.2011, at the Mercure Hotel. The pre-conference day of TM-Europe is the 2nd XLIFF Symposium (28.09.2011) and it will focus on presentations around the XLIFF standard.

The European Union of Associations of Translation Companies’ 2011 international Spring conference takes place in Rome from Friday 8th to Saturday 9th April. The EUATC’s Italian member UNILINGUE is hosting it.
The meeting convenes as the profession faces some significant economic challenges in an increasingly globalised environment and will be tackling them head on.
